Why ranges instead of fixed prices?
Because scope genuinely varies. A five-page site and a fifteen-page site are different projects. The range tells you the bracket you are in, and the discovery call produces a fixed quote you can hold us to.
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes. We ask what you are trying to achieve, what you have tried, and what a result is worth. You get a recommendation and a rough number on the call, then a written scope within two working days.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The call is free and there is no obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
What payment terms do you use?
Project work is typically 40 percent to start, 40 percent at the agreed midpoint milestone and 20 percent on delivery. Monthly retainers bill at the start of each cycle. We accept INR and USD.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and most clients do. A website build plus an ongoing SEO programme is the most common combination. Bundled engagements are quoted together and usually land below the sum of the parts.
