Why we work this way

Most businesses end up with a website from one vendor, SEO from another and automation from a third. Each is individually defensible and collectively a mess: the SEO agency cannot ship the technical fixes, the developers do not know what the content strategy needs, and nobody owns the outcome.

We kept the disciplines under one roof so the person who builds the page is the person who has to make it rank. It removes an entire category of excuse.

What we believe

Performance is not an upsell. Core Web Vitals in the green is a launch condition. Pages loading in roughly 2.4 seconds convert about twice as well as slower ones, and that gap is wider on mobile, where most of your traffic actually is.

You should be able to leave. Repository, hosting, analytics, design files and documentation sit under your accounts from day one. Vendor lock-in is a business model, not a service, and it is not ours.

Clarity beats cleverness. If a visitor cannot tell what you do and how to start within about five seconds, the design is decorative. We optimise for the second thing a visitor does, not the first thing they feel.

Say the unprofitable thing. If SEO is wrong for you this quarter, or the app you have scoped is three times larger than the problem needs, we will say so on the call. Projects taken on a bad fit cost more than they earn.

Who we are a bad fit for

We are probably wrong for you if you want the cheapest possible quote, if you need forty pages of thin content published next month, or if you want guaranteed first-page rankings in thirty days. Those are all deliverable by somebody. Just not by us, and not without a cost that shows up later.

Where we work

We are based in New Delhi and work with clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf. Projects run remotely with overlapping hours agreed at kickoff, so time zones are a scheduling detail rather than a bottleneck. Typical first response to an enquiry is under twelve hours.
